@Fitz:Barring a character specific issue I'm aware of, your action, as readied, is illegal.
Sniping is allowed. However, in order to snipe, you need a standard action to attack, and a move action to re-hide (at a -20 penalty).
With your ready action, you may only do one or the other, not both. For reference, look at the Hide skill in the SRD.
In addition, including the mod for rushed movement is fine, but refrain from using cover mods, as that varies based on the location of your opponent.
Awaiting an update from Fitz before continuing.

Uhm, ok. So do I add the equipment to my sheet? What about the psionic tatoos, are they mine as well?
Side note: Sorry to see you leave Fitz. I was really worried about this match, your AC is high enough to scare me.
If a High Ref says yay, then I will add the equipment and the match winnings to my sheet.

As mentioned in the waiting room you may not keep any of your opponents gear that falls into your possession.
You do however acquire the 300gp/xp match prize.
