662 Art Mistake.

In comic 662, Tsukiko is healing Xykon. BUT, the energy surrounding him is blue, whereas negative energy, (which heals undead) is the one that heals him!
So, either that was an art mistake, or Tsukiko is rebelling against Xykon!

The colour isn't negative energy, it's Tsukiko's divine magic aura, which is dark blue. Notice when Greysky Cleric casts an Inflict spell, it's orange, which is his own magical aura.

No, that's just the colour of her magic. Like V's magic is purple and Durkon's is white

Tsukiko's magic got two colors: black from her arcane levels (I'm not that sure if she is a wizard (necromancer, which would make sense if she is a wizard) or a sorcerer), and blue from her cleric levels (since she's most likely to revere the 12 gods, or a cause, but the color speaks for the first one).

EDIT: Actually, on a second thought, I think she is a wizard, since she prepared her evocations.

There is one art mistake though. In the 8th panel, Redcloak's left ear appears behind the head. Also, in the last panel, two of Xykon's upper teeth don't appear.

That should be purple but this is not the main case here.. Teddy is right Tsukiko deals Arcane with right,divine with left and destruction in both hence the eyes and the slippers (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0653.html). I hope she can gain more levels and we could see her deal with V in the future...
