Advice on Running H2 in Eberron

I bought the H2 adventure Scepter Tower of Spellgaurd from Half-Price Books. This is an adventure made for Forgotten Realms were the heroes investigate a ruin from the Netheril Empire. However, I plan to run my next campaign in Eberron.

I was wondering if anyone here has ran this adventure in Eberron before or could offer some advice on the subject.
