Are there any elementals that have names, that dwell in different planes that are extremely powerful, similar to that of a demi-god?

Edit: Also im not very fluent on the nature of elementals in dnd if someone could give some info on them that would be great,

There are the Princes of Elemental Evil -- Imix (fire), Ogrémoch (earth), Olhydra (water, female) and Yan-C-Bin (air) -- and the Princes of Elemental Good -- Zaaman Rul (fire) Sunnis (earth, female), Ben-Hadar (water) and Chan (air, female) -- collectively known as archomentals. The paraelements (magma, ooze, ice and smoke) also have their archomentals, albeit only evil ones as far as official material goes.

They live on their respective elemental planes and lord it over the native elementals and element-related outsiders, basically. The good ones get along, whereas the evil ones generally feud with both their good counterpart and the evil prince of their opposed element.

Cool, i was thinking of making a homebrew idea where instead of drawing their powers from gods, they would draw theirs from elemental deities.

The most powerful elementals I know of are the Primals from the Epic level handbook. You could custom make new kinds of elementals, "Masters" or something, that were each unique and the most powerful of its element. Otherwise, I don't know about having unique elementals.

Faiths and Pantheons describes the four elemental deities (Kossuth, Grumbar, Istishia, Akadi) and stats out one of them. (Kossuth, deity of fire)

They are all Greater deities.

So in Faerun, its certainly possible to draw power from elemental deities.

Dragon 347 has stats for Princes of Elemental Evil, 353 has stats for Princes of Elemental Good- or you could make your own.

Also worth mentionoing is Planewalker's (www.planewalker.com) Creature Codex: Denizens of the Inner Planes, with the Archomental template and stats for the princes of elemental evil and good.
