Like creating a new monster, or maybe a template, that makes for a care bear?
Dude, you're on! :smalltongue: And, incidentally, quite insane for wanting this creature released on the world of gaming.

Easy. Make them ursinals, bear like guardinals from the Book of Exalted Deeds http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/boed_gallery/75112.jpg[/B] They're supposed to be "librarians" but can pretty much do out of the box do everything a you could possibly imagine a Care Bear doing in a D&D game and then rip you to shreds. Oh and they are 10 feet tall.
Friend Bear: Hi. I'm Friend Bear, and this is Secret Bear. We're Care Bears.
Bad Guy: What do you want?
Friend Bear: Only to be your friends. RAWWWWWRRRRRRR!!!!!!

Alert: Ursinals are also quite awesome in their original intended function.

I think the best I have come up with is an anthropomorphic bear, who encountered a demonic graft machine, survived with the familiar option on his stomach, and had it sanctified.
