Pinkish Flame Thingy on #672

After reading 5-6 times whole of this great master piece of a script. I couldn't decide for my self...

What is that Pinkish flame thingy on the first panel of#672 (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0672.html)... It seem like one of V's spells but she is just to far away...

Any ideas?

If you compare the end of #671 with Roy and Haley's position at the start of #672, the 'flame thingy' is where Celia was standing, so I'd assume that's the effect associated with her returning to her native plane.
