In case you don't know, that's the title of Maddox's book. By far the largest collection of testosterone that could fit in a book. EVER. I just bought mine today, and I read the whole thing. Laughing. Hysterically. The whole way. EVERYONE should buy this book.

While I can't answer the latter questions, I get the feeling it's going to be very good. Different, but good.

On the former sections, I've heard that a few shops will be carrying it, but I don't know if that's fact or just hear-say.

A friend of mine included that book in the gift packages for his groomsmen at his recent wedding. One of them decided to read selected parts at the post-reception afterparty, and we all got a good laugh. The entry for pirates was especially hilarious.
