I can't find the calculations anywhere, this might be because i recently got an eye injury, and its early in the morning lol. Anyone know anything about it?

10+Spell Level+Relevant Ability Modifier before relevant feats and class abilities.

Yes, like so: Say you're a lvl 9 wizard and you're intelligencee is 20 (10+lvl 5 spell+ +5 int modifier), when you cast cone of cold on something, the DC is 20. If he casts fireball or lightningbolt, the DC is 18(10+lvl 3 spell+ +5 int modifier). If later, at lvl 13, he had 24 int and spell focus(evocation) then decided to cast prismatic spray, the DC would be 25 (10+ lvl 7 spell+ +7 int modifier+ Spell focus(evocation))

That's for abilities like the Monk's Stunning Fist. Spells use their level instead.
