Those silly Lawful Good monsters from 2nd edition that everyone keeps falling on? I remember seeing them in an old monster manual from 25 years ago, but I haven't owned any D&D stuff since the early 90's. Same with the tree-stump / bunny lure monster. What's that thing called?
Is there anywhere I can look up their old listings to remind myself what those "poorly conceived lot of fiends" were supposed to do?

The tree stump bunny thing is called a "wolf in sheep's clothing" I believe. The rest I can't help you with.

Flumph were converted to 3.5, I remember reading a dungeon magazine adventure called "A box full of flumph!"

The flumphs we see in the strip aren't quite right, though--the "real thing" has a hard armoured shell on top, and is only soft and squishy underneath, so wouldn't provide much of a soft landing! :smallwink:
