Is anyone else really, really hoping for another intermission comic (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0301.html)?

Really hope for is stretching it, but if Rich finds the time to do something minor, I won't be the one complaining ^^

I would love to learn what happened to the snacks.

After all, soy latte is still alive. As far as we know.

I don't think he got past the Coca-Cola guards, those guys are armed to the teeth... But yes another intermission would be cool.

We /are/ at the end of book four. T'would be an appropriate time for a small intermission!

Maybe another Mail Call (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0033.html)?

Howabout give Rich some peace on his vacation and ask for a guest comic writer instead. May be a good opportunity for some up and coming talent to get a little showcase.

I kind of figured that he's not really taking a vacation, but probably focusing on just closing up all the loose ends surrounding book four. Either way though, Rich has definitely earned his rest and then some.

Hoping? no. I won't object, but the theory is that he gets rest this way, and drawing intermission comics is a somewhat suspicious version of rest. Mind you, even a small difference can be a lot of difference, but if we are looking at the chance this will just result in less future production of the actual strip, it is not a good idea.

I can't speak for the others, but when I voiced my support for another one, I assumed he'd be doing it after his break was over, not during it. If he's doing it.

I hope the intermission story is gone so I can find out what happened? Did they dispose of him correctly? It's been killing me for more then two years!

Well, I mean after the break, of course. He should enjoy his vacation.

Asdfghas? :smallconfused:

@V I see. I wonder what caused it, the banner or the spoiler?

Asdfghas? :smallconfused:

That's the sound of someone's brain bubbling out of their ears.

I'd guess the banner, since people don't look in spoilers that often.

I think he likes our advertising campaign.

I hope so. The banners are great, by the way. I already said that, didn't I?

Why would I want to see another one of those? The first one didn't even make it into the oots books.

It did appear, just not in sequence. It's there to serve as the "weekend cliffhanger" Elan mentions between #283 and #284.

Sure, but I was thinking more along the lines of one like this (http://apegames.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=OOTS00&Category_Code=)or this (http://apegames.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=OOTS03&Category_Code=).
