True Ghoul is both a race and a class.

True Ghoul

Claws: 2 claws that deal 1d6 damage at medium. Use weapon size table if size changes. They do 1/2 Str damage.

At level 4 they gain a Bite that does 1d8+Str damage.

At level 8 they gain a slam that does 2d6+Str damage.

At level 12 they gain Improved Grap, and may enter a grapple on a successful strike with their Bite. They also gain a Rake that does 2d6+double STR damage whenever they successfuly enter a grapple, or as part of a full attack routine in a grapple.

Ghoul Vitality(Ex): A Ghoul gains Natural Armor equal to his True Ghoul levels, and DR/- equal to half his levels in True Ghoul, round down.

At level 7 he gains 2HP per HD.

Ghoul Senses (Ex): At level 2, Ghouls gain Darkvision 60ft. At level 5 they gain scent, and additionally can smell the leavings of trap makers, even those of magical nature. This is equivalent to Trapfinding.

At level 9 their Darkvision increases to 120ft.

At level 14, they gain Lifesense, as the feat.

Corpse Infusions(Ex): By devouring the corpses of it's enemies, a ghoul grows stronger.

At level 3 it gains +2 Str. At level 6 it gains an additional +2 Str +2 Cha. At level 11 it gains an additional +2 Str +2 Cha, and at level 15 it gains an additional +4 Str.

Stench of the Dead(Ex): those within 10ft must make a Fortitude save or be sickened by the Ghouls stench for 5 minutes. A Creature already sickened by the Stench previously is immune to this effect. This is treated as a Poison effect. The save DC is 10+1/2 HD+Cha.

Negative Energy Containment(Su): From level 7 on Any time a Ghoul takes negative energy damage, he can choose not to heal with it. If he does, he contains it in his body and uses it in natural attacks. All his natural attacks gain an enhancement bonus to Attack and Damage equal to 1/3rd his levels in True Ghoul, round down.

Ghoul Fever(Su): From level 8 on, all a Ghouls natural attacks force a save against Ghoul Fever. This is a magical disease that does 1d4 Con damage and 1d4 Dex damage. It acts immediately, and future saves occur once each day. The DC is 10+1/2HD+Cha

Ghoul Paralysis(Ex): At level 10 a ghoul's natural attacks force a save against Paralysis. Elves are immune to this paralysis. The DC is 10+1/2HD+Cha.

Soul Slavery(Su): From level 10 on a ghoul can force the soul of any enemy it has killed to serve as it's slave. It does so by eating the body of a fallen victim within one hour of it's death. This action takes 1 minute. This soul remains on the ethereal plane within Medium Range of the Ghoul's location on it's current plane. This Soul has the HP and saves of the Ghoul, and an AC of 10+The Ghouls class level.

As a swift action, the Ghoul can command the Soul to move to another location on the ethereal plane within Medium Range of his location.

Additionally, as a swift action, the Ghoul can move to the location of his Soul Slave, but appears on the same plane he currently occupies. The Soul is in turn moved to the Ethereal location coexistant with the Ghoul's previous location.

The soul in question is trapped against it's will and cannot be raised or resurrected while in this state. When it is destroyed by HP damage (treat as destroyed at 0HP) it is freed to it's afterlife, and the Ghoul must seek a new slave.

Profane Being(Su): At level 12 A True Ghoul has Turn Resistance +10, and as an immediate action negate the attempt at Turning or Rebuking of any creature in medium range. When it does so, the creature in question takes 1 negative level. This negative level applies even if they are immune to negative levels.

At level 12 a True Ghoul gains Improved Grapple as a bonus feat.

Fear Aura(Su): A True Ghoul is pretty terrible to behold. Anyone within 50ft of a True Ghoul is affected by a fear aura. They are shaken for 1 minute and must make a save against being frightened for one hour. If they make the save, the shaken effect does not stack with other fear effects. If they fail the save, they are frightened, and if already shaken are panicked. Once affected by the Ghoul's fear, enemies are immune to it for the next 24 hours. This is a mind affecting fear effect. The save DC is 10+1/2HD+Cha.

Eating the Dead(Ex): When eating a dead body within an hour of it's death, the Ghoul may choose to store the soul within itself. He can maintain up to 1 soul per HD within himself. While so contained, the creatures are treated as imprisoned (As the Imprison Spell) and dead, and cannot be resurrected or raised short of a Wish or Miracle, followed by a resurrection spell.

The True Ghoul may choose to use these souls at any time. First he may make one into a Soul Slave if he has none or wishes to replace it.

Second he may ingest them, this allows him to heal by 2HP per HD of the soul. This expends the soul, and they are treated as if devoured by a Barghest for purposes of being returned to life.

Third, he may consult the soul, and gain glimpses of it's life, and may learn about a specific thing the creature knows. This is treated as a Divination Spell at Caster level equal to the Ghouls level cast about something the subject knows, but Divination blocking effects are ignored, since you are consulting the memories. You may only do this once per soul, as accessing it muddles it's memories.

Fourth he may vomit the soul into any container capable of holding the soul.

All of these actions require a standard action to perform except ingesting, which is a swift action.

Negative Levels(Su): At 17th level, the Ghoul deals 1 negative level with each of his natural attacks. There is no save for this effect.
