I'm aware that several of the forum-goers around here are polish and I'm currently looking to acquire The Amazing Maurice And His Educated in polish. Amazon has currently turned up nothing and I really have no idea where to look.
Any suggestions?

Ditto. If you live in Poland, simply buy it in Empik. If you don't, things might get a bit complicated, but still doable.

I am not 100% sure, but doesn't Allegro let you buy/sell stuff even if you're abroad?

Now, I don't know the context--whether or not you're buying this for someone else--but the intended reader has even a decent grasp of English I'd recommend the original version. Much of Pratchett's popularity comes from his skill as a wordsmith, which might not come through in a translation.
Plus, since it's a YA novel, there's probably not quite as much in the way of obscure words.
