A lesser aasimar monk laden with magic gear and a few scrolls/wands. You can probably easily determine that the vest she's wearing is one for truespeak assistance, what with you being a truenaming type as well.

Sorry, everyone is on the ground except for the Nightmare and the 9 elves that appear to be riding on its back (Mirror Image is weird :smalltongue:)

Jane pouts at the people flying around way up, and pulls out a wand while moving to Y7, waving it at the nightmare. Shadows play around her form, granting her concealment.

Earthbind, caster level 5
DC13 Will save for your Nightmare. Fail, it loses its fly speed(and subsequently falls). Succeed, it loses 50 feet to fly speed, to a minimum of Fly10.

I got 2 20s, you got 2 1s... is there a luckstealer in the room or something?

Also, not very high. +31, mainly due to lack of skill-whoring Truespeak. It's not entirely vital to my build, and +31 is usually enough for most of my abilities.

Edit: Your nightmare occupies V7?...****, that's huge..

I assume I also take falling damage equal to what you guys take, but I've never needed to know falling rules before this moment..

I guess I made the nightmare act on my turn...sorry :smallredface: I keep making mistakes today! I guess I can have the Nightmare switch to Vir's turn...is that ok? Im really sorry.

The Retrivers on the Marliths side move behind the marlith, ending up in squares U14-W16 and X13-Z15.

The Retrivers on your side...The first charges you, ending up in V6-X8.

And yes, as I monk I figured you could use evasion to negate the rays...If they have the same chance of failing, I think its best to knock your opponent out in one shot.

EDIT: I forgot something I was going to do last turn...can I quietly do that part?

EDIT: The Nightmare delays so that he and Vir act at the same time, for simlicities sake.

How long does it take to take off clothing? How long does it take to throw clothing into the river? How long does it take off all of your other equipment and throw it into the water? What about your wand bandoleers?

There may be precedent for using suggestion to cause a character to remove all their clothes, but this particular suggestion goes a little further than that.


The Succubus uses a suggestion: "You have a beautifull body. Why not take off everything you are wearing and throw it into the river so everyone can get a good look?"

From the SRD on suggestion, emphasis mine:

You influence the actions of the target creature by suggesting a course of activity (limited to a sentence or two). The suggestion must be worded in such a manner as to make the activity sound reasonable. Asking the creature to do some obviously harmful act automatically negates the effect of the spell.

Telling your target to effectively destroy their possessions (throwing them in the river) would qualify as obviously harmful. The spell effect is negated.

Ded. Blasted with a total of what....250ish damage, when I've got a total of 90 hp?

Shame too, was going to pull some crazy kung fu on your caster next turn and completely ignore the mirror images.
