No real comments on what you have already, as without a little more info on what type of mood you're after, I don't know what to say. For example, if you want that strident "we can take on the world" feel for the desecrated church, stick with what you have, but I'd switch to a creepier piece or perhaps even only background FX to really freak the PCs out. The catacomb section is perfect though, and I know I'll be using that in at least one game.

When looking for music, I always think about the songs that've been playing in old 8-bit videogames. Generally they work brilliantly, just consider Final Fantasy or similar.

I've always found in game music to be an awesome idea, but often unfeasible as my players will either become distracted by it or try to play their own music.

Anyway, all these songs are pretty nice.
