Fallout RP (in making)

A friend and myself recently got the idea to create a fallout based RPG, while some work has been completed alot remains in the black. (will post current work thus far soon)

Seeking help for creating easily managed systems such as Radiation and bartering.

Seeking help for map creation and local idea's.

Most of the race and combat systems and techniques have been finished but still looking for ideas about perks and skills.

You might want to look into d20 Modern, esp. d20 Apocalypse, at least to steal some mechanics/fluff/ideas.

Well, I could give you ALOT of ideas, might count as plagerism though if I do it word for word, because they already have a (slightly broken, but still good) fallout RPG. I have a PDF for it too. Want it? :p

I read that Fallout RP that is mentioned above, I had some high hopes for it but they tried to make it to much like the games, I think they largely just took stuff from fallout tactics and just copy/pasted alot of stuff.

An avid Fallout fan, I would be more than happy to chip in.
How about releasing a beta pdf of your write up, or if you just want something specific, tell us how it ties in to the rest of the game system. There is no point in asking for ideas if they do not match up with the game system.

I tried working on a fallout based system the other day, it is based on different fluff though. I could adapt some ideas for you.

Is there already a fallout rpg system? The most that I hav seen is the strategy.

There is already a fallout rpg but it's almost cut and paste from fallout 2 and tactics, I'm hoping whatever these guys are making is more original and or unique.
