Now i know beguler is for enchantment/ illusion, war mage is for evocation/ direct damage, dread necromancer is for necromancy/fear my question is do the other schools have a similar class?

Im looking for similar distinct class not variants of existing classes

Nope, that's pretty much it. Keep in mind the Warmage has Conjuration too (the orb spells). There is no base class that specializes in Abjuration, Divination or Transmutation apart from specialist wizards.

There is a healer class (in Miniatures Handbook, I think), but it's not an arcane casting class.

There is no base class that specializes in Abjuration, Divination or Transmutation apart from specialist wizards. There are some PrCs, though, IIRC... that means, though, that you'd have to start out as some other class first.

Abjuration has a few classes that focus on it or are required to have it, but they just use the Wiz/Sorc spell list, not a general abjuration one. Abjurant Champion, say, is probably the closest thing to what you're describing.

An actual 'Abjuration-type beguiler' with its own unique spell list might be fun...

While this is only homebrewed, the Summoner covers a lot of Conjuration spells: http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Summoner_(DnD_Class) . I don't think the creators made a Transmuter/Abjurer sadly.

Arguskos has made a few for Transmutation, Div/Abj, and similar, but I don't currently have a link. They're all in the Homebrew section here, however, so they shouldn't be hard to track down.

More homebrew:
ghost_warlock's Shadowmage (Illusion (shadow) and the like)

my Time Mage (divination, conjuration (teleportation), time-related transmutation and necro)

Someone's probably made an abjuration one at some point. You can also make a case for fixing the warmage to give it some suitably military-style abjurations, maybe a couple more wall spells. And class features that aren't boring.

Check my signature! They're linked in there, and I think they're pretty decent. /shamelessselfpromotion

Also, I tend to consider the Bard the Enchantment specialist, since the class is quite good with them. That's just me though. :smallwink:

oh yeah, there's also a homebrew Witch (with the Witch spell list in the DMG)

I vaguely remember a homebrew class with Voodoo-like concept focusing on Transmutation. I thought it was a neat idea but I just can't find it...
