Nope, no epic spellcasting for artificers ... but there are enough ways to break the universe with non epic spells.

Epic Scrolls are prohibited. It says they must be written on those tablets (only Epic character can read them so no exceptions).

But Epic Staves are free game for UMD. Epic Spells are usually considered 10th level spells.

This. To all who say WotC doesn't support Epic: both the Binder and Artificer have been assigned Epic progressions in another source. PGtE has the Artificer's progression, and the main web site has the Binder.
