I'm writing a story based in a world where the rules of D&D apply, and one of my characters has his own plane. I used this (http://www.d20srd.org/indexes/planes.htm) website to help make it up, but I need to make sure I didn't forget anything.

Here's what I got:

The Plane of Balance.

No Gravity. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/planes.htm#noGravity)
Flowing Time. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/planes.htm#flowingTime)
Infinite. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/planes.htm#infinite)
Divinely Morphic. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/planes.htm#divinelyMorphic)
Air-Dominant. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/planes.htm#airDominant)
Strongly (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/planes.htm#stronglyAligned) Neutral Aligned. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/planes.htm#neutralAligned)
Dead magic. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/planes.htm#deadMagic)
Coterminous (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/planes.htm#coterminousPlanes) with the Material Plane. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/planes.htm#theMaterialPlane)

It's basically a big white space, and a "safe-house" for my demigod character who can't use his godly realm (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/divine/divineRanksAndPowers.htm#godlyRealm) because of complicated plot issues I won't get into right now.

Any help would be nice.

You'll want to say how time flows differently in the new plane. Is 1 minute on the plane equal to 1 year in the Prime Material Plane? Is 1 minute on the Prime equal to 1 year in the new plane?

If it's Divinely Morphic, why would it still be empty? Because said deity is keeping it so?

"Empty" doesn't mean it needs to be Air Dominant. The Positive Energy Plane is basically empty, but doesn't have the Air Dominant trait.

I hope your character is True Neutral, otherwise they'll be taking penalities in a Strongly Neutral-Aligned plane. (Mildly Neutral-Aligned means nobody has penalities.)

You do realize that in a Dead Magic plane, the only way out is with your divinity powers, right? You can't cast Gate (or anything else) while inside.

Or by walking to the Material plane, unless I misunderstand what coterminous means.

So there's no alignment trait to specifically require G/E Neutral, or L/C Neutral, rather than requiring TN?

1000 years on the new plane is equal to 1 second on the material plane.

It's mostly empty, but it can bend to the deity's will when a certain enviornment is needed. Mostly it is used as a personal space. He sleeps there, free from distractions or the threat of attack, but also uses it for many other things.

The air dominant trait mainly has to do with the deity's close personal friend, a dragon. It is also for comfort reasons.

Yes, my character is True Neutral.

This actually becomes a plot point later. The only way out is to be the diety, or to activate a specific point leading to the material plane.

Thanks for the imput!

1000 years on the new plane is equal to 1 second on the material plane.

So, if your demi god can cast spells then this is a good place to rest to regain them. Plus free healing between battles.

That's the general idea, yeah.

Oh, I almost forgot; the reason it's mostly empty is that, with every second in the material plane costing the new plane 1000 years, it would be awful for anyone living there or anything existing there.

(Imagine your house. Now imagine leaving it and coming back an "hour" later and finding that 3,600,000 years have passed and all that's left are ruins.)

Well, mithral should do for materials and a decanter of endless water should be able to handle the propulsion. Maybe some glass for windows... telekinesis to steer it?

Is it a giant void or is there any material in it whatsoever? Are there occasional asteroids or clumps of rock floating through it?

For an example of a homebrewed plane, please see the Elemental Plane of Flesh (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?p=3040009).
