I am presuming that the planet inside the Snarl is capable of supporting life and inhabited, though I'm not sure by who. We already know the gods dare not interfere with the Snarl, and I think it's fair to assume that the planet inside the Snarl has not seen any divine interference either.
Now, I would bet on Xykon seeking some way to literally become a god of that place if he manages to find a way to manipulate the Snarl. Consider it, he would be the only god of a world, with no other gods let alone pantheons struggling for influence with him.
It's only a half-baked idea, but I could imagine the story turning this way. What do you think?
