Ref question:If I'm standing at the edge of one of the "clouds", can I see out through the entire clear area, or is my sight blocked beyond 5 feet? Similarly, can my opponent see me if he's more than 5 feet away in such a situation?

You can see anyone so long as no more than 5 feet of fog is between you and them. You have concealment, but if you are not hiding such LoS is mutual.

@RefsSo if I was to move to, say, U-6, I could see both North and East (albeit with concealment)? Just making sure I understand the Obscuring Mist correctly.
