Ahhhhh they are all so great. I guess I'll take 560, on account of it being one of the top 5 funniest punchlines in all history of OOTS.

I liked 567 a lot more than 568, and would have voted for it if it had made it this far, so I must therefore vote for 552. I love the half-orc speech.

I know I said I was going to go on a mega-archive-binge, but I haven't had time, and I'd like to get my BotH commentary in before voting starts there...

Well, I got the winner right, but almost nothing else. No one challenged 568, but the strip I thought was most likely to, 572, was the runt. 560 is WAY weaker than I think anyone expected, coming in second last and losing in its own section of the quarter to 552. I have to imagine too much of 560's potential base was lured to 568 by "Lickmyorangeballshalfling". I did say I felt 552 was more runty at this point than 565, but no way I saw 565 coming in second.

Epic BotQ round just completed, with perhaps 542's strongest competition at BotQ coming out of it, no matter who wins. 578 was always going to be a runt against this competition, and 584, though a potential dark horse, may run out of luck at this point. This is going to come down to three strips: pregger-badass-Kazumi, "Disintegrate. Gust of Wind", and the tribute to Therkla. The key, I think, is that the wins of the latter two surprised me, as they were the exact opposite rounds I expected Vaarsuvius and Therkla strips to prevail. (I expected Therkla's death scene, not tombstone, to win, and I expected V's departure to prevail for its greater plot importance and it only managed a single vote.) My favorite would be 587 but only because I actually predicted its win in the Group of Five, and at this point I think I'd take it in stride if either of the two following strips won.
