I just found this the day before yesterday, and given that there's a decent number of people here who are interested in RPGs (obviously) and RPG theory (less obviously), I wanted to share this with everyone. The International Journal of Roleplaying is exactly what it claims to be: an academic-stye journal, with references and peer-review, accepting publications from members of all the world's RP traditions, concerning everything about roleplaying and roleplaying games, including cRPGs.
It's published online, backed up by on-demand dead-tree printing. The very first issue is out, and contains five articles, all of which are available online for free. The second is due sometime soon (fall 2009). It's very good reading.
