Yet another day dawned in spell-plagued Toril, yet one more day of disasters, famine, plague and wars worsening the situation of the already desparate nations of Faerun.

In the relative quiet of Castle Blackfist-if that was even the ruin's true name-one of many diplomatic meetings was about to take place. Such meetings of delegations from several nations might well decide the future of the world so they were not to be taken lightly. Unfortunately, intrigue and selfishness would always be a part of the world, no matter the situation. And the hours to come might yet prove to be interesting times...

Players post here their characters waking up (post a description so we all remember how you look like) and whatever preparations they will take before the meeting begins.

SELINDA

With a nights rest, Selinda looks even more stunning than you can remember, her black hair seems to glow with even more of a sheen and her blue eyes are sparkling with just a hint of mischief. Although dressed appropriately in the attire of a diplomat, her clothes are still pulled tight, emphazing her curves and cut just low enough to draw your interest. The gold and silver circlet you noticed yesterday is still perched in her black curls, and the rapier at her side still seems to be more ceremonial than anything else. She smiles at everyone initially, but then gets a serious look to her.

I hope everyone rested well last night. I havent heard any more news from the outside world, but I highly doubt that anything good has come to pass. These next few days will be world deciding ones

Nightveil (Davidicus)

The elf wizard comes out of his room with his usual grace, wearing his usual garb: dark fashionable robes of rich black and deep green. He appears a bit haggard around the eyes, but otherwise the same as before. Upon seeing Selinda, he pauses a bit, then turns away stiffly, avoiding her eyes. "The next few hours would be deciding ones, I fear," he says, while still looking away from the diplomat.

Jaren has been awake for roughly six hours, his ring allowing him to sustain himself on two hours of sleep a night. He has changed into another set of clothing, very similar to his outfit yesterday, the only difference is the color of his tunic and pants. They are a light Gray, and unsurprisingly plain. He wears his everpresent silvery tunic still worn, though those who can see magic know it is an illusion covering up his chain shirt. He has trimmed his beard and washed his face. Some may even call him handsome. He enters the room, his handaxe and sword at his sides as usual. His brown eyes scan the room quickly, resting his eyes only on Selinda and smiling slightly. He then turns towards the diplomat, awaiting further instructions.

Turin sits on the edge of his bed and does a few breathing exercises to help him wake up faster. He changes into his normal clothes, and begins to polish his armor. He picks his axe and swings it in the air a few times to stretch his arms. Then he sticks his axe in his belt and leaves the room.
