Need help: equipment for a 16th level Psion // Warblade on short notice

The short version: More or less normal Psion//Warblade, already has a +4 Keen Spetum, +6 Str and Int items, Belt of Battle. Needs a few armor enhancements, misc other things.

FoM (covered by Psionics)
True Seeing (covered by Psionics)

+Skill (mostly Concentrate, for Diamond Mind pwnage)
Death Ward

I'd add....
Armbands of Might
Gauntlets of Fortunate Striking
Third Eye: Clarity (2-3 of these) to get out of Blasphemy stuns

Change your weapon to Dwarvencraft Adamantine (or Starmetal) to make it nearly sunder resistant. Lower the bonus from +4 to +1 and add Collision to it. Collision multiplies nicely with Diamond Nightmare Blade.

Grab a psychoactive skin of proteus. It's incredibly awesome (just don't get dispelled). In fact, you might consider a rod of absorption or a ring of spell-turning (or something similar), if only to protect you against dispels. Of course, you could also take metamorphosis as a power known so you could have a harder-to-dispel buff in case your skin gets taken down.

Also, get a bunch of masterwork skill tools? 55 gp a pop for +2 to a skill (see the PHB).

[edit] Also, if you have someone around with greater magic weapon, trade that +4 enhancement on your spetum for a +1 enhancement bonus and a pearl of power. Alternately, take the psionic version of greater magic weapon: metaphysical weapon. Or do it through a feat (Ancestral Weapon or Item Familiar).
