Intelligence Boosting Templates of +2 or Less

I'm building up a Gnome Artificer and am kinda happy with the thought of him being extremely smart, if a little behind the progression of everyone else. Are there any Templates anyone could suggest to help me?

Hmm... well... I suppose this leads to another question.

I've heard of the Psionic Artificer; Where could I find it? I mean, would it benefit me to try and make my guy a Psionic Artificer or would it not matter?

Psionics do not equal magic.

You're going to have some significantly different abilities to craft items, different items to make, and so on.

Keep in mind that unless your compatriots put ranks into Use Psionic Device, they are gonna have a hard time with the items you make, and while the same goes for Use Magic Device, it's generally more useful, considering there is both Divine and Arcane Magic to deal with.

Psionics is just...different. So check out the powers. If you think you can make some good stuff out of it, go right ahead.

What I meant was that Psionics have different powers than spells are.

So a Psionic Artificer is gonna know powers, not spells, and thus is going to be making Psionic items, with different powers.

But Artificers don't know spells, either. They generally craft with UMD/UPD checks, which with full transparency (I think) are equivalent.
