This is mostly a build that came to my mind as a thought experiment though I might run the players in a session I run against a weakened version of it as a boss once they level up a bit. Comments? Critiques? Possible Improvements? Ideally it will be level 20 instead of epic 21. I realize as a dm I can make it have whatever I want but I like to draft the builds like this. It just feels cleaner to me.
