Is there anyway to make a ranged sunder attack? (Core-only)

also, if not, what is the best way, to pull off how a Roman Javelin (pillium?)

in the campaign, my character is a Non-commissioned officer in a Roman-like Army, in with the quality has started to fall, very much like what happened toward the fall of the empire

There's a feat called Ranged Sunder, otherwise you'll have to homebrew it.

I want to say complete psionics, simply because that is where most archery feats are...for some reason.

However it most certainly isn't Core.

Complete Warrior.

There's also the Bloodstorm Blade Prestige Class, but it's not core. It's in the Tome of Battle.

It's from Complete Warrior.

For similar questions, I find this page (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/lists) supremely useful.
