Do I make a crit confirm for the grab to apply extra damage or no?
Sallera
2009-09-24, 02:02 PM
I don't think so; that attack doesn't actually do any damage, so a crit wouldn't have any effect.

Thought so. We are now grappling, and you take the eight damage.

I'm not sure if FoB works in a grapple or not. I guess it doesn't much matter, though.

If your base attack bonus allows multiple attacks, you may attempt one of these actions in place of your attacks, at successively lower base attack bonuses. FoB gives multiple attacks, which I think makes it legal.

If the multiple damage thing is legit, I guess that's game in favor of Squirrel. I'd suggest asking for a high ref ruling on that before you go seeking a match call, though.

No, your first attempt hit me, and my ribs crunch. I expire in a bloody pulp
Edit: I nod off to sleep peacefully in Squirrel's loving embrace.
The crux of this match (IE: Retroactive ref question): Can FoB be used to attempt grappling damage multiple times in a single turn?
If the answer is no, we have to redo the whole thing (Or add +2 to my 1st grapple check of each round, not sure it makes a difference).
Edit: It wouldn't have made a difference.

Well, technically that was all non-lethal damage, so you're only unconscious. :smalltongue:

You can indeed flurry in a grapple.
