So, we all know about that silly magic weapon that turns from a stick to a sword to a bow to a dragon or whatever else it is you feel like using for combat at the moment.
I've decided that for a villain, I'm going to equip him with the musical version. With the feat Lingering Song he can pull out his guitar, start playing one song to inspire the mooks, and then suddenly transform it into a cello or something and start playing a song to demoralize the PCs.
Unfortunately I don't listen to much music and so I don't really know what to give them. Basically I need two songs, one that would inspire kobolds to defend their homes, and one that would give PCs a penalty.
Limitation: Can use only one instrument. Not necesarrily the same instrument for both songs, but if you link something with a choir and a electric violin and a drummer and a zeppelin man and whatnot, it won't exactly work for one bard's impromptu "THIS IS A FESTERING HOLE IN THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH. IT IS HELL. IT IS ALL YOU HAVE LEFT. THEY SHALL NOT CLAIM IT!" speech.
