Rich said he wasn't converting the OotS because the new abilities the characters gain would make it difficult to continue the story.

It's not as if people have stopped playing 3.5.
Though I have wondered what 4.0 OOTS would be like.
What would be good to see are some 4E NPCs

Not really. WotC themselves said that people should finish their campaigns before moving on to 4e.
Well, it just so happens that Rich's "campaign" is going to take a long time to finish. :smalltongue:

I play 4.0 because I started with SW Saga, so it was a natural step. But let's not get hung up on which edition is the best/worst.
Can anyone answer my question?

V wouldn't be as powerful
haley would be about the same I think.
Roy would be better
Belkar still wouldn't make sense
Durkon would be the same
Elan would be more than halfway competent.

Sheriff of Moddingham: The non-conversion of OotS to 4e was announced on the News page a while back. So should be or shouldn't be don't enter into it.
