I was wondering if anyone knows any nice methods to move the required 10ft while still getting to make a full attack?

Also, for the Items in ToB that grant use of one maneuver, can you recover the maneuver? Because I was thinking the Tiger Claw maneuver Sudden Leap might be great for this purpose.

You could get pounce from a level of barbarian with the lion totem variant from Complete Champion (not the SRD one - that's completely different) allowing you to make a full attack on a charge

You could also take the Travel Devotion feat, again from Complete Champion, and gain some way to turn undead (best to take a 1-level dip in cloistered cleric (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#clericVariantCloistere dCleric) and trade the Knowledge domain for Knowledge Devotion).

Keld already posted my Pounce thread. I suggest reading it. There are dozens of ways to get what you want.

To answer your other question, yes you can recover manuevers. Each class has a different mechanism of doing so:

Crusader: Automatically replenished (at random) when you run out.

Swordsage: Full round action to recover manuevers.

Warblade: Swift Action, though you must make a melee attack (or flourishing your weapon as a Standard Action) and cannot use any maneuvers the round that they are removed.

Certain feats can improve how you recover manuevers as well.

Chronocharm of the Horizon Walker from MIC lets you move up to half of your max with a swift action. Only 1/day though. But it only costs 500gp
