[D&D 3.5e]More Icicle spells?

Hi, first post from a long-time lurker.

I'm making a character who specialises in icicle spells... Ice Dagger, Ice Knife, Ice Lance, Ice Darts... Not just any icicles, but the ones you 'throw'... But of course, I'm a bit lost now... I'm looking for stronger 'icicle throwing' spells... All books (including third party, if reasonable) are allowed.

Player's Guide to Faerun, page 44. Spell Thematics. Select "icicles" as your theme and now every single one of your spells can and should be described somehow as being icicle-related. Heck, if "screaming skulls" is a valid theme, icicles can be too.

I try to limit that... I have a few refluffs, though I try to go for spells which are thematically close. Thanks, though.

Glitterdust and Grease can be refluffed as snowflakes and slippery ice respectively.

Sleet Storm is pretty much already there.

I'd poke through "It's Cold Outside" aka Frostburn for more Ice related spells.

Balance check vs DC10 is about as hard to achieve as a reflex save vs DC15 or higher.

Except for most characters, it doesn't exactly scale. You could nail most CR20 corporeal land-based things this way. Most dragons... well they fly, but they generally have a net +0 Balance mod regardless of type or level.

I've always loved Spell Thematics. First, because the idea of spending a feat to refluff spells is hilarious, and second, because I love the thought of a wizard casting every one of his spells as screaming skulls. Not just skulls in general, screaming skulls.

Reflavoured to be an icicle shooting up from the ground and impaling people of course.

Ice Flowers, but that's a cleric spell if I'm not mistaken.

Ice Flowers is indeed a Cleric spell. And while most of these are all fun spells (and most are indeed on my list as more specific spells) for pure 'I shoot icicles from my hands', there aren't that many so far... Orb of Cold, most likely, and Cone of Cold can be refluffed...

Are the Ice Dagger, Ice Knife, Ice Lance spells really stopped there?

Conjure Ice Beast, for sentient flying icicles that you can just always have start from your hand.

You can always reaserch a spell like Ice BFS..

Just think of it as alot of icicles in really, really close formation.
