Being unfamiliar with the rules of various wikis, I have a question: If I find a picture on the wiki that I want to use for an Avatar, is it legal? Do I have to save the picture to my hard drive and upload it somewhere myself? If anyone has some insight on this matter, It'd be appreciated.
