Glomp
Hailing from uninhabitable wastelands, glomps are mischievous floating creatures that are said to be able to grant wishes, but are also known to wreak havoc when they think it would be amusing.

Physical Description
Glomps are spherical masses of darkness upon which 2 solid pink eyes are positioned. They float about 4 feet from the ground, and are about 1 foot in radius from their “heart” (the center of their ooze-like form) to the exterior.

Glomps can communicate, though it isn’t exactly known how they can. The current belief is that they have magic on such an innate level, they can alter sound into artificial “voices” that they can use to speak with other creatures.

Glomps are not known to require any form of sustenance (though they do seem to become weak and very agitated if they’ve gone more than 2 weeks without pulling a joke on someone). Glomps do sleep, however it isn’t sleep in the traditional sense of the word. They go into a comatose-like state, and their bodies turn bright purple. During this state, it’s been discovered that they draw minute amounts of magic energy from their surroundings (and in areas of extreme magic deprivation they have even been known to drain magic from nearby living creatures, sometimes making those creatures sick).

Society
Glomps have no known social structure. Reproduction is believed to be A-sexual (though this has never been confirmed, since glomps are fanatical about keeping their method of reproduction a secret – even sacrificing their own lives to keep it a mystery).

Relations with other races
Glomps have earned a reputation as a mysterious race, since they often lurk in the shadows, causing mischief and mayhem. As a result of this, they have been labeled evil, divine, and everything in-between. Some believe that they’re omens of good luck, while others think they’re tidings of the apocalypse.
Generally, glomps don’t feel strongly one way or another about other races, but will sometimes be taken on as familiars. They typically view this as a chance to caused untold amounts of trickery upon both their master, and everyone their master comes into contact with.

Special Qualities
Hover (Su): Glomps always hover precisely 4 feet above the ground, regardless of the type of terrain (including water). They may lower this height down if they desire (thus allowing them to go under water), and may be forced down if a weight above 600 pounds is placed upon them.

Wish Upon a Glomp (Su): Glomps are capable of granting wishes to select individuals under select circumstances during select times of the year. In all reality, no one knows when or why or how a glomp can grant wishes. What is known is that very rarely, glomps can alter the very fabric of reality, and that this normally occurs during times of extreme stress or glee for the glomp.

Omen of Omens (Su): Whenever a wild glomp pulls practical jokes on a person multiple times, it means that he person is either in for good times, or very bad times (as decided by the DM). This curious affect is lost on domesticated and familiarized glomps.

Manipulate (Su): Glomps can use telekinesis out to 10 feet. This telekinesis is strong enough to lift objects of up to 5 pounds in weight, and is used as a glomps primary means of manipulating their environment.

Heart (Ex): The heart of a glomp is its most vital part. It’s a crystalline sphere 6 inches in diameter that floats at the center of a glomp. Every time a glomp is struck with a slashing or piercing weapon, there is a 5% chance that the heart is struck. If this is the case, the hit is automatically considered a critical, and the critical modifier of the weapon is increased by 4.

Familiar: A glomp may be taken as a familiar by a 5th level spell caster who has the Improved Familiar feat. Glomps give the spell caster +3 to all Bluff skill checks.

Behold! The glomp! I found this laying around my computer, so I decided to post it. Tell me what you think

Not really. It's pretty much up to the DM what the Wish will do.
