Rules clearificiation on looking for people for comercial collaberation

Hi. I was wondering, is it alright to post an advertisement looking for collaborators (I'm not a company looking for hires, I'm just one person) on a (hopefully) commercial gaming-related project? If so, where would I post that? Thanks!
