View Full Version : PDF Quest

Once again I am on a quest to find the least expensive PDF printing and binding service available. Someone recently recommended a free 292 page PDF to me. I prefer to read gaming books in hand rather than on a screen. And I don't want to invest $300 into an e-book reader. I priced a print and binding job for this document at Staples and it would have cost me $26. For a *free* PDF. Which sounds just a tad unreasonable to me.
Does anyone have a favorite service that would meet my needs? I want simple double sided, B&W print jobs with spiral bindings. Nothing fancy.

Well, you can't beat my method:
Go work at Kinko's, preferably on the overnight shift.
Print whatever you want, & you get paid to do it.
???
Profit!
YMMV, of course.

I already work at night, only in a factory.

About $25 prints a PDF of that size in black & white. Print online, pick up in person at any Fedex Kinkos.

Well, a part-time gig at Kinko's (or a friend with such) is still immensely helpful for all your printing needs. They do binding there, too.
