Aspects of Orcus are often summoned by a cult after it has reached notable power to act as a direct conduit for their master's whims, as well as to bring knowledge of the Ritual of Crucimigration required to create Necropolitans and sponsor Blackguards in the cult. They leave the raising and animating of Undead to the cultists, instead acting as powerful leaders for Undead troops, and enslaving would-be champions that come to vanquish them.

Gift of the Dead God (Su): As a standard action, an Aspect of Orcus can suffuse a living target within 60 feet with Negative Energy. If the target is unwilling, they are allowed a DC 21 Will save to resist. Affected targets are treated as being of the Undead type as well as their normal type, lose their Constitution score, gain all Undead traits and immunities, and become harmed by positive energy and healed by negative energy. Do not recalculate hit points, saves, base attack bonus, or skill points. The Aspect of Orcus may only have a total of 10 hit dice of creatures Gifted at a time. If he succeeds in Gifting a new target, enough hit dice of old recipients lose their Gift to keep Orcus' total at 10.

Dominion of Undeath (Su): If an undead creature begins their turn within 60 feet of the Aspect of Orcus, they must make a DC 21 Will save or become under the complete control of the Aspect. They regard the Aspect with complete reverence and obey all orders unquestioningly to the best of their ability. If the Aspect and a servant are ever on different Planes of Existence, the servant is immediately freed. Other than that, only the death of the Aspect or the servant can sever this tie. An Aspect can have up to 20 Hit Dice of Undead commanded by this ability at a time.

Undead allies of the Aspect within 60 feet cannot be effected by Turn Undead, gain a +4 Profane bonus to Strength and Dexterity, and 1 additional hit point per hit die.

Font of Entropy (Su): When a spell or ability that deals negative energy damage or grants negative levels is used within 60 feet of an Aspect of Orcus, the Aspect can choose for that spell or ability to fail, and instead have the energy be drawn into himself. He is healed by however much negative energy damage the spell or ability would have dealt and by 5 hit points for every negative level.

Spell-like Abilities: An Aspect of Orcus' spell-like abilities have a caster level of 5, and the DCs are Charisma-based.
At-will: Speak With Dead, Ray of Enfeeblement, Inflict Moderate Wounds
3/day: Ghoul Touch, Blur, Inflict Serious Wounds
1/day: Bestow Curse, Prayer, Desecrate

Rebuke Undead (Su): An Aspect of Orcus can rebuke undead as a 10th level evil cleric 7 times per day.

I think they already have something like this in a sourcebook.

If you mean the Challenge Rating 22 one from FC1, then that's hardly useful information for the purposes of this thread, as the one I've made is CR 9, and thus not really comparable.

If you mean the CR 9 one from the Miniatures Handbook, then its bland and uninteresting to use, so I'm remaking it to be more interesting.
