Are there any? I know survivor is infamous for unintentionally (but weak enough that is seems intended) allowing easy commoner entry. An OotS strip mentions one "aristocrat friendly" one (I think the fourms deduced it to be Spymaster).

Pretty much anything that only requires skill ranks, BAB, and feats.

Ur-Priest. Requires 2-3 feats(the possible third would be Able Learner), and a bunch of skill ranks.

Commoner 10/Ur-Priest 10?

Yeeeeessssss....

Ur-Priest requires 8 spellcraft. Unless you take some skill granting PrC/Feat early on (like Human Paragon) you can't qualify for it at commoner 10, more like commoner 13.

And if do you go down the Human Paragon route, you can delay Paragon 2 and 3 until after Ur Priest to continue advancing spell levels. And after that, you can take some other Divine PrC. So more like
Human Paragon 1 / Commoner 4 / Ur Priest 10 / Paragon 2 / 3 Divine PrC.

Beastmaster (Complete Adventurer) only requires 8 ranks of Handle Animal and 4 ranks of Survival along with the Skill Focus (Handle Animal) feat, and nets you 4 animal companions at 10th level (albeit those of a 13th, 7th, 4th, and 1st level druid). My chickens have extra hit dice.

Also Examplar (same book) only requires Diplomacy 6 and any one skill 13 along with Skill Focus (any one). Grants lots of skill mastery and all skills as class skills.

Chameleon isn't bad.

I don't have my books, but I think that the Survivor prestige class has a fairly easy entry. It's a five-level class that has 0 BAB progression, but adds a bunch of damage-mitigation features.

Good lord. How did I miss that? I guess I got buried by the list above it.

Think nothing of it, good lifeform of the organic/silicon/electronic/software/plasma/other persuasion. Has happened to I as well, has happened to I as well.

Three level class, online, and was mentioned in the first post.

EDIT: That'll teach me to leave tabs open...
