An overlooked type of divination is mathamancy, magic that analyzes the world numerically and calculates probabilities and successes. With that in mind I present:

Mathamancy
Divination
Level: Sor/Wiz 1
Components: V, S, F
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 10 min./level

The caster uses magical analysis to create a mathematical analogue for real world events. They understand that success or failure in many endeavors can be represented by the roll of a twenty-sided die. This allows them to determine the DC of any obvious challenge. Whenever the character must make any d20 check they automatically know how high or low they rolled. They do not necessarily know what the check was for however, so rolling low on a check where failure is not discernible such as spot or listen only brings the worrisome knowledge that they failed at something.

That's really meta.
