Chopper. I got it for 59p and it was excellent, with decent replay value. it may cost a bit more now.

Also, JellyCar and its sequel, which is in development now.

Hum.. I had a lot of fun with Reign of Swords

Adventure, though pretty hard to control, is a classic. Free too, I think

Eliss is pretty inventive, and very pleasant to look at.

Lux Touch is a variation on Risk, fun if you have more than five minutes to spend.

Then there's The Plateau, which has challenged me at some of the later levels.

All are simple, and have high replay value. Cheap too, for the few that aren't free.
