If insults and speaking are proscribed as being offensive, then there is nothing I could do except move off. Move to 40' up, same square. I need to know if not mentally ordering the Dark Companion to move away from adjacent to Olo also qualifies as offensive. My understanding of the ruling is that it might be, despite the Dark Companion's presence there prior to the Sense Motive and that the Dark Companion cannot physically attack or harm Olo.
