Tix
You hear something rattle and know that they're here again. You begin to shake with fear in your bed, knowing your parents won't believe you if you tell them. The rattling continues, and then suddenly stops. You sit for a moment, and wonder if they might be gone. Building up enough courage to look, you lean over your bed and look under, only to be greeted by the face of a horrific monster, reaching out to grab you. Screaming in terror, you leap back onto your bed as your parents rush into the room.

Looking under the bed, they yet again find nothing. The creature that has tormented you so many nights has again evaded their capture, and has made them think you're lying or having bad dreams. but you know what you saw was real... and it will be back tomorrow.

Curious creatures, Tix are a largely unknown creature to most adults. They are a type of fey that hide in the rooms of small children, and frighten them. What makes this fey so odd though, is that it does this for good reason. First, it needs fear to sustain itself. Then, they use any extra energy that they have to bestow good luck upon the child's family.

Few adults are even aware of the existence of these creatures, even among wizards there are few that know of them. This is because the creatures possess the odd ability to not only remain invisible to adults, but to cause any children they scare to actually convince themselves that it was all in their head, when they get older.

Because of this ability, most people, even wizards and clerics, write the creatures off as the imagination of small children. Only the most dedicated creature researchers have unveiled the truth.

Tix stand about 5 inches tall, and can speak and understand Sylvan and Common

Frighten (Su):
Used exclusively against children, this ability reaches into a child's mind and finds one of their worst fears, then projects that image outward. This ability is a standard action that provokes attacks of opportunity, and allows for a DC 14 Will save. Children who are affected by this ability are Panicked for 1d4 +1 hours, or until their parents (or other parental figure) console them.

Imaginary (Su):
Tix are amazing in their ability to remain undetected by adults. Tix cannot be seen, heard, or smelled by any humanoid who is older than 8 years. Additionally, after their juvenile age category, humanoids who have been Frightened by a tix must make a DC 25 Will Save, or convince themselves that they were wrong and had never actually seen a tix.

Fear Reliance (Su):
A tix must successfully use their Frighten ability on at least 1 child a week, or they begin to starve as if they hadn't eaten.

Bestow Good Luck (Su):
A tix may once during any week that they have used their Frighten ability, bestow good luck on the family of the child they frightened. This gives all members of the child's family (family defined as parents, grand parents, siblings, or step parents, step grand parents, and step sibling) +2 to all Skill checks and ability checks made for the next week.

Bump in the Night (Su):
Tix aren't very strong creatures, but they can create quite a large amount of noise. They may vibrate any object of up to 50 pounds (or a bed, even if it weighs more than 50 pounds), creating a loud rattling noise.

Additionally, this ability grants the tix the power to use Ghost Sound at-will as a spell-like ability, with a caster level of 5.

Your armor class section is incomplete. Should list all three AC varieties, plus you need to close your parentheses.

That is a wonderful point. I apologize for that. No clue how in the world I missed it...
