Create a unique location! It should be an area that is mostly normal, but has one strange feature and any others that follow. Be logical! For instance, a river of fire would probably have fire-resistant fish. You do not need to draw a map or create any special creatures; however, you must describe the rules effects of the feature (e.g. how much fire damage for the river of fire example), and creating a creature/template improves your chances of winning.
