Nope as a conjuration (creation) spell the effects are as physical as a stone wall.

Also, if your not medium, what are you? Because if your large you larger (Especially with the Cars being large (horizontal), and your char being large (Vertical). )

Also, you are not actually up in round 2 yet, we are still resolving HIS actions in round 2. Did you have some gimmick I did not notice that allows you to cast EBT as an immediate action? Scratch that, you were of course talking about your readied action. It did not trigger, and is obsolete at the time of this edit.
