And yes, it is fact. Although I've heard rumors of goodness about How I Met Your Mother that exceed it.
I was uber-underwhelmed by Season 3. Too much star, too little funny.

I'm a huge fan of 30 Rock. Season 2's my current favourite; in Season 1 they were still establishing characters and while Season 3 had some good episodes, it was a bit more hit and miss. Season 4 looks pretty good so far.

Community is somewhat nearing it in quality. And it seems the Office isn't dipping quite as much as feared.
