You awaken in the center of a 10ft by 15ft room with stone walls, ceilings, and floors. A torch is burning on the wall behind you, while the other three walls have closed, metal doors with brackets allowing you to bar them from the inside. Unfortunately, only two metal rods are lying on the floor.

Hmm, in my days, I've learned to be wary of the obvious approach, but also not bar my escape

I'll bar the middle door and pull out my kukris. I'll then open up the top door while standing to the left of it.

All floors are stone unless specified otherwise(I need to add that to the original thread, good catch), with nothing special on them.

You creep inside a 10ft wide room, 30 ft long, with another wooden door on the far side. In the room is four kobolds(F1, E1, E2, C2). - Preplanned encounter, CR 3. Unfortunately, two of them hear you, shout loudly and start to their feet. Roll init.

If you want to make a profession(cooking or similar) or survival check, sure. I dunno if kobold are edible, but I can check my dragon books for any notes regarding poison. Barring that, I'd guess they are.

Now, on to the important bit...the loot.

Flat footed of 14, so your blade strikes true, dropping the elf in a flurry of action.

Survivors: Three orcs(N10, O9, M10) and one wild elves(N9), and you, in N8(if you have reach, and are actually staying back in O8, remove the first orc attack, since only two will be able to hit you).

The orcs attempt to crowd around you, provoking an AoO. If you drop one, remove the first orc attack.
