I'm currently building a campaign revolving around an impending sliver invasion of the world. The basic slivers seem to be easy enough to create, but the Sliver Overlord and Queen are a different story. So I was wondering if I could get some help here. I used Tiamat as inspiration for the Overlord since they both possess multiple heads. http://i37.tinypic.com/34zjb5l.jpg

A little note on the domination. A Brood Sliver can implant a target with a sliver larva. It's a disease that functions kinda like Chaos Phage, and was really the only way I could see implementing the Overlord's domination ability.

He wants ya to explain what a sliver is. Some of us don't play Magic.

As for the thing itself, I don't play 4E so I can't comment.

If you don't know what a Sliver is, it's a creature from the card game Magic the Gathering. Wiki link. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creatures_of_Magic:_The_Gathering#Sliver)
They are basicly a type of creature that have only one special ability each. Exemple: The Essence Sliver gives you back Life Points when you hit your opponent. However, each Sliver receives the ability possessed by every Sliver in play. So if you have a Sliver that heals you and a Sliver that gains a bonus on attack, both Sliver will heal you and have a bonus on attacks.

If your problem is you can't see the picture, well I can't help...
