Are there published rules for burning buildings?

I was just curious because I don't want to ad-hoc if there are already good rules.

3.5, DMG-II, special events. Pretty solid: I've used it myself rather frequently.

I doubt it. There are too many factors that control how a building burns for WotC to bother with rules on such a narrow subject.

If you want help, though, we'd be willing to give you suggestions.
