Thanks to the Let's Play of Mount & Blade in this forum, a couple of days ago I bought the game
I love it, but I want to know which are the best mods to enchance graphics, sound and gameplay.

My computer is capable of running Fallout 3 on ultra high so performance is no problem.

Please don't post huge lists of mods, I want to know which ones are the best from people who've already tried them. :smallwink:

Prophecy of Pendor was fairly entertaining. It's got a whole new map with largely similar factions, a sort of "objective" and a ton of "minor" factions that have armies but no fiefs. It also lets you help bandits against enemy Lords, which I found an awesome addition.

Oohh nice. And do you know of any mods which enhance the gameplay from the real game?

What possible enhancement could you want?

Better graphics, better sound, that sort of thing.

I've not really kept up with the M&B mod scene since the official version outstripped both The Last Days and Fantasy Mod, but about twenty seconds of looking at the official mod forum (http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=61048dd02835fceb5ac6cc29127afa 1f&board=9.0)turned up this (http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,52145.0.html).

It's also worth looking at the External M&B mod forums (http://mbx.streetofeyes.com/), although I don't know how active those remain.
