You find yourself transported to the back of a very large church. Everything in the church seems to be designed for giants. Instead, the giant pews are filled with dinosaurs and crustaceans.

I was too lazy to come up with a map, so I stole one from Tomb of Horrors.

You have five rounds to buff. You can't teleport out of the church. Your characters are held inside a forcecage at the space labeled 14 currently.

The squares are twenty-by-twenty and the ceiling is forty feet up.

If you make two successful attacks on an enemy in the same flurry, you may generate a mirror image of yourself, as per the spell. Doing so reduces your maximum hp by six for the duration of the encounter. If it would reduce you below your current HP, you take damage accordingly.
You may have up to five mirror images, but may only generate up to two per round. Unlike the spell, your duplicates move independently to a small degree, creating an even more convincing illusion. This is a supernatural ability and has the [calling] type rather than the [illusion] type. These images vanish at the end of the encounter. You then regain your lost maximum HP and are healed for the total amount lost to mirror images, unless you are dead.

First he whispers to the others that he's going to cast an illusion, keeping his hand covering his mouth.

Are we rolling init' now or in 5 rounds?

Round 1: [M]: Gets decanter, [S]Pours 3 draughts from his diamondskin decanter (4/adam -40), [F]Drops Decanter
Round 2: [M]Gets Metmagic rod of quicken, [S]Casts Major image (DC 28, CL 12) to recreate of all of the occupants of the cage. They look like they are casting random spells and talking among one another. He casts this using Conceal spellcasting (sleight of hand:[roll0])

Panda?Question for you: I haven't chosen an epic feat because I haven't heard anything from Ertier. May I use Epic Recovery or Stance Mastery for this encounter?

yeah let see:

2nd round: I cast shapechange and don't change form, will be used later on during the battle combined with one use of my instant metamagic persistent, so it goes on all day.

3rd round: Shadow evocation greater cast the mage sword

4th round: Shadow evocation greater cast Bigby's Grasping Hand

and now I am ready.

Is everyone from Tear Down this Wall invited to this? If so....

Round 1: Mind Blank (self)
Round 2: Begin a Revealing Melody (we all gain true seeing -- our enemies don't)
Round 3: Greater Heroism for everyone (using reach spell, chain spell and metamagic song)
Round 4: Greater Invisibility for everyone (same way)
Round 5: Haste for everyone (spell natively targets many allies)

Also gain all crusader maneuvers, adopt Leading the Charge stance and activate the Motivate Dexterity aura.

And initiative: 1d20+5
